Oana Bogdan and Leo Van Broeck are both invited for the 2014 Workshop of SuBA (Seminarios Urbanos Buenos Aires), which is held in La Paz, Bolivia from 11th untill 15th of August 2014.
As it was the case in several previous editions (SuBA 2010 Buenos Aires and SuBA 2011 La Plata, Argentina), Oana and Leo give a lecture and together with other international guests run the 5-day workshop, focusing on the current urban condition and future challenges for urban development while being confronted with the historical identity of the city. The northern acces to the city of La Paz, located at one of the high plateaux of the Andes, the longest continental mountain range in the world, is the object of research in this workshop entitled “Puertas – Doors”.
